      EVERSOFT SKINZ is a new brand with a rich heritage. It embodies the synergy between two renowned skincare brands: the rich heritage of EVERSOFT and the innovation of SKINZ.

    2. Does EVERSOFT SKINZ test products on animals?

      EVERSOFT SKINZ products are not tested on animals. It is the policy of EVERSOFT SKINZ not to undertake any animal testing during the development of its line of products.

    3. Where can I buy the products?

      EVERSOFT SKINZ is available at all leading pharmacies, supermarkets and hypermarkets.

    4. Is the EVERSOFT SKINZ skincare range only suitable for Asian skin?

      EVERSOFT SKINZ is suitable for skin types of different ethnicity but results are more pronounced when used on Asian skin.

      1. What are the main ingredients used in the products?

        EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall is made of 3 Japanese ingredients: Wakame Seaweed, Ume and Hiaruron San (Super Hyaluronic Acid).

      2. What does each ingredients do for me?

        WAKAME SEAWEED is rich in Phyto-Collagen that helps replenish collagen levels, restore skin elasticity and visibly reduce wrinkles for a firmer and younger looking skin.

        UME contains an anti-glycation property that protects the skin by inhibiting AGE (Advanced Glycation End) which causes the complexion to turn dull and yellow as a result of ageing. It is also traditionally used to promote even skin tone and radiant complexion.

        HIARURON SAN (Super Hyaluronic Acid) is an active ingredient commonly found in Japanese diet that locks in moisture for a lasting hydration to preserve suppleness, softness and smoothness of the skin.

    2. 5-STEPS Anti-Ageing Japanese Skincare Ritual
      1. How many steps are there in the skincare range?

        EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall embraces the highly revered 5-step Japanese anti-ageing skincare ritual of purifying, double cleansing, toning, treat and moisturising.

      2. Do I need to use the complete range in order to achieve the results?

        For optimal results, it is recommended to use the complete EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall range twice a day.

      3. Do I need to use the Deep Action Micro Cleansing Oil if I do not apply make-up?         Can I skip the step and proceed with the cleanser instead?

        It is recommended to use the Deep Action Micro Cleansing Oil to eliminate dirt, grime and other pore-clogging residues. As this is a 5-step skincare ritual, every step prepares the skin to fully optimize the benefits of the next step.

      4. Do I apply the Hydrating Toning Lotion with a cotton pad?

        Dispense the Hydrating Toning Lotion onto dry, clean palm and massage the face and neck in an upward circular motion.

        Tip: For an instant boost of hydration, create your own hydrating mask. Just soak a few sheets of facial cotton in the toning lotion and place them on the face for 5 minutes.

      5. Can I use the serum after applying moisturiser?

        Firming & Refining Essence Face & Eye is the 4th step of the 5-step skincare. It is recommended to use it before the moisturiser as it is water-based and easier for absorption. Apply moisturiser to lock in and maintain moisture.

    3. ANTI-AGEING
      1. Can I use these products if I'm still in my 20s?

        Made from natural Japanese ingredients, EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall is gentle enough to be used by consumers in their 20s. Because of its anti-ageing properties, it is recommended to start on EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall early so as to lock in the youthful quality of the skin.

      2. What is anti-yellowing? Why is it important for anti-ageing?

        As a result of ageing, AGE (Advanced Glycation End) causes the complexion to turn dull and yellow. To inhibit AGE, ume extract is used in EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall as it contains an effective anti-glycation property.

      3. What is Phyto Collagen and what does it do?

        Phyto-Collagen helps replenish collagen levels, restore skin elasticity and visibly reduce wrinkles for a firmer and younger looking skin. EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall uses wakame seaweed which is a rich source of Phyto-Collagen.

      4. Super Hyaluronic Acid sounds harsh. Is it harmful to my skin?

        Known as the "Fountain of Youth", this moisturising miracle molecule locks in moisture for a lasting hydration to preserve suppleness, softness, tone, smoothness and brightness of the skin.

      5. How do I know if the products are suitable for my skin type?

        EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall is dermatologically tested to be gentle yet effective for all skin types as it uses natural Japanese ingredients.

      6. What is the difference between the two deep cleansing products? Must I use         them both?

        You may choose any of the deep cleansing product according to your skin type. We recommend Hydra Clean Cleansing Foam for normal skin and Deep Moist Rich Cleansing Foam for dry skin.

      7. What is the difference between a Deep Action Micro Cleansing Oil and Hydra         Clean Cleansing Foam or Deep Moist Rich Cleansing Foam?

        Deep Action Micro Cleansing Oil is oil-based and is able to remove stubborn dirt and impurities – even waterproof make-up. Hydra Clean Cleansing Foam (for normal skin) or Deep Moist Rich Cleansing Foam (for dry skin) on the other hand, goes deep within the skin to clear pore-clogging residues. It is recommended to cleanse the skin with Deep Action Micro Cleansing Oil before proceeding with either Hydra Clean Cleansing Foam or Deep Moist Rich Cleansing Foam.

      8. Can the Hydra Glow Firming Cream SPF 30++ (Day Cream) be used as a sunscreen?

        The Hydra Glow Firming Cream SPF 30++ (Day Cream) is for day-to-day UV protection. Its SPF content may not be sufficient against exposure to strong UV Rays over a long period of time.

      9. What is the difference between the day cream and the night cream?

        Hydra Glow Firming Cream SPF30 PA++ (Day Cream) provides continuous hydration while protecting the skin barrier against harmful free radicals and UV rays during the day.

        Ultra Rich Renewal Firming Cream (Night Cream) works hard while you sleep to replenish lost of moisture, rebuild collagen structure and restore skin firmness.

      10. How much serum do I need to apply for optimal results?

        Dispense 2 – 3 pumps and massage over the eyes and face. You may use more if 2 -3 pumps are insufficient for an even application to the whole face.

        SAKURA LEAF EXTRACT is known by the Japanese to smooth and brighten skin for rosy radiance and luminous complexion.

        LIPO-VIT C is a patented Japanese technology that delivers potent vitamin C actives deeply into skin to actively lighten skin. Its spots lightening properties help reduce hyper pigmentation and skin darkening from within.

        UJI TEA EXTRACT is a premium grade green tea from Kyoto, Japan that’s packed with powerful and effective natural anti- oxidants, to help renew and repair skin by neutralizing the damage caused by UV and free radicals.

    2. 5-STEP JAPANESE WHITENING SKINCARE RITUAL
      1. How many steps are there in the skincare range?

        EVERSOFT SKINZ UV White embraces the highly revered 5-Step Japanese Whitening Skincare Ritual: cleanse, tone, whiten, moisturise and protect.

      2. Do I need to use the complete range in order to achieve the results?

        For optimal results, it is recommended to follow the 5-Step Japanese Whitening Skincare Ritual using the complete EVERSOFT SKINZ UV White range as per the usage instructions.

      3. Can I use all 3 weekly products at any one time?

        You may use the 3 weekly products according to the condition and need of your skin. However, you are advised to use them separately on alternate days so as not to overwhelm the skin.

      4. Can I use the serum after applying the moisturiser?

        INTENSIVE WHITENING SERUM is the 3rd of the 5-step skincare. It is recommended to use it before the moisturiser so that the moisturiser can lock in the benefits of the serum.

      1. What is SPOTS LIGHTENING? How does it make my skin fairer?

        As a result of exposure to the sun, harmful UV rays and free radicals penetrate the skin barrier – causing the formation of melanin, also known as dark spots. Owing to its anti-tyrosinase (the source of spots) properties, Lipo-Vit C penetrates deep within the skin to reduce and inhibit the formation of dark spots.

      2. What is ACTIVE SKIN REPAIR?

        Skin barrier refers to the protective layer of our skin. Without proper protection, it can be damaged by long exposure to the sun and its harmful UV rays.       4. Is EVERSOFT SKINZ UV White suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

        EVERSOFT SKINZ UV White is gentle enough to be used on sensitive or acne-prone skin because it uses natural Japanese ingredients. However, you are recommended to use the Purifying Facial Scrub lightly on your face so as not to agitate or aggravate sensitive or acne-prone skin.

      5. What is the difference between the day cream and the night cream?

        WHITENING DAY MOISTURISER SPF20 PA++ is a water-based day cream that quickly absorbs to whiten, protect and hydrate your skin during the day. Its advanced broad spectrum UV filter protects the skin against harmful UVA & UVB rays from exposure to the sun.

        INTENSIVE NIGHT MOISTURISER works hard while you sleep to replenish lost of moisture, and restore skin fairness. It is enriched with Alpha-Arbutin that penetrates deep into the skin to boost skin’s whitening process as you sleep.

      6. Can the serum be applied to the eye area?

        The INTENSIVE WHITENING SERUM is only suitable for face and neck application. However, for the eye area, you may supplement your skincare ritual with EVERSOFT SKINZ Youth Recall Firming & Refining Essence (Face & Eye).
